Laser Cutting
We can provide laser cutting technology offering exceptional quality over a range of materials. Offering repeatability when tight tolerances and precision work are important.
Tube Bending
We utilize Induction Bending and Mandrel Bending to bend large pipes, including square and rectangular tubes and rods, minimizing material deformation and distortion of the cross-section, even when tight radius bends are required. With proper tooling, our custom mandrel tube bending and custom pipe bending process is capable of producing high quality, tight-radius bends for a wide range of application. We can push bend parts that require a curved radius along with a tight bend radius.
We have the capability to bend tubing utilizing bending dies ranging from 1/4 In. to 3 In. O.D., with a large variety of radius to choose from. If we don’t have the die size or radius you want, we have the ability to make these very easily at a low cost.
Welding
We utilize MIG welding, TIG welding and Stick Welding to offer high quality weldments, adding value to your product. Our experienced welders along with our continued investments in welding technology and equipment assure your strict tolerances are met every time.
