DLS Sourcing Group has 40 years experience providing fabricated foam products to the marketplace. We have the latest in foam fabrication equipment including CNC contour cutting, slitting, laminating, and convoluted foam.

Cutting & Sewing

DLS offers full cutting and sewing capabilities with facilities in San Diego and Mexico.

Down & Feather Pillows

DLS Sourcing Group offers a full range of Down & Feather products including pillows, seat envelopes, and comforters in any shape or size.

Unfinished Wood Frames

DLS Sourcing Group offers complete raw hardwood, plywood, and OSB (Oriented Strand Board) frames or components to your specifications. We service the residential, contract, and hospitality furniture manufacturing markets in the So-Cal area.

Unfinished Curved / Bent Plywood

We offer plywood bending using high temperature HF/RF presses. We can offer a wide range of veneers or “Lauan” offering the strength and durability best suited for your application. We produce our own mold fixtures in house offering you the desired custom shape required.

Rotational Molding

Rotational molding offers lightweight, extremely durable parts in a variety of shapes and colors to suit your product requirements.

Our domestic polyester fiber manufacturing facilities cover coast to coast. Low melt fiber roll widths cut-to-size are available in a wide range of weights and lofts. Our product line includes densified fiber, siliconized, conjugated fiber products, and prime raw fiber bails. We service the furniture, bedding, medical, toy, and sports markets.
